Investment size

Legacy’s direct equity investments typically range from an initial $1 million up to
$25 million and we have formed equity syndicates ranging up to $50 million.

Our preferred form of investment is ordinary shares or debt with equity features.
We are supportive investors and will fund further rounds of investment as the
business grows.

Legacy takes either minority stakes or controlling positions in the investments
we make, depending on the investment stage and size and agreed value of
the business. 

Legacy also has significant experience in arranging suitable debt/equity
packages for our investees. We have arranged total debt/equity funding
packages of up to $100 million.
