What we look for
Our objective is to invest in well managed companies offering the potential for medium term gain. The characteristics we look for in a business include:
Privately owned companies (or listed businesses going private);A sustainable competitive advantage;A high quality management team;Growing revenues and profitability;A clear and viable strategy for the business to develop over the
period of the investment;An enterprise value of between $1 million and $25 million and
existing annual operating profit in excess of $1 million; andA clear strategy to exit within 3 to 5 years.
